Government funded training and development solutions, CeeMac
has achieved a number of standards and accreditations which
demonstrate external recognition of the quality of our
provision:

an approved provider to the Learning & Skills Council for
England and delivers a range of LSC funded projects and
programmes, including those funded through Train to Gain and
European Social Fund Co-financing. |

an approved provider to Jobcentre Plus and the Department for
Work & Pensions, recognition of the quality of our provision to
workless client groups. |

CeeMac
holds Approved Centre status with City & Guilds and is able to
deliver a wide range of nationally recognised, accredited
qualifications. |

CeeMac holds Approved Centre status with the
Institute of Leadership & Management and is able to deliver a
wide range of nationally recognised, accredited qualifications
at levels ranging from Team Leader to Director. |

Standard, the unique quality framework for the effective
delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and
work. The matrix
Standard is useful for organisations that deliver information,
advice and/or guidance to external clients as part of their
business and also for employers who are committed to developing

CeeMac is an approved Train to Gain provider. The
Learning and Skills Council’s Train to Gain service provides
training to businesses across England. It can help businesses
improve their productivity and competitiveness by ensuring that
employees have the right skills to do the best job. |

Standard, recognition of the organisations investment in the
training and development of its staff in pursuit of quality and
performance

Standard, recognition of CeeMac's commitment to conducting our
business in line with work life balance, enabling staff to
balance their work and personal lives. We believe that flexible
working hours and family friendly working practices contribute
to raised staff morale, reduced absenteeism and staff turnover
and a more loyal, productive and efficient workforce. |

As a provider of publicly funded training
programmes, CeeMac provision is open to inspection and
regulation by Ofsted. CeeMac achieved a grading of “Good” as a
result of our last inspection, conducted by the Adult Learning
Inspectorate (ALI) in November 2006 prior to the two agencies
joining together.
