CeeMac Projects (UK) Limited is continuously engaging Freelance NVQ Assessors/Verifiers to deliver our Train to Gain contracts in East Midlands, South East, West Midlands and North West England. Primarily, assessors work on their own initiative to produce leads, converting leads into engaged employers and learners to directly deliver NVQ qualifications

Assessors work to CeeMac NVQ Centre quality standards and CPD schedules and enjoy a high degree of administrative and marketing support from CeeMac, including our CRM systems, Matrix IAG, production of and help with completion of documentation for employer and learner engagement, learner registration, learner progress, learner and employer evaluations and E Portfolios systems

Our requirement is for Assessors with a clear sales drive and the competence to deliver NVQs at Levels 2/3 in Business Admin, Team Leader and Management, ITQ and Customer Services, Health and Social Care (including Leadership and RMA), IAG and Cleaning. Where Assessors are confident of engaging sufficient learners in their respective sectors other NVQ  and Skills for Life specialities may be considered

This approach is designed to attract freelance assessors who are self motivated to find and convert leads as well as those who are able to work with an established engaged employer.  Assessors can earn high salaries per annum utilising our delivery model.
