Sector Staff Development
CeeMac has been commissioned by the
Learning and Skills Council to deliver Train to Gain
services, enabling us to offer a range of government funded
organisational and workforce development opportunities
We have developed the following
programmes specific to staff working within the 3rd
sector.
Management for Committee Members, First Line
Managers and Senior Managers
Team Leading for individuals supervising staff
and/or volunteers
Customer Service for staff interacting with client
face to face or by telephone
Administration for individuals with administrative,
finance or project/contract coordination duties
Advice & Guidance for front line staff working
directy with clients
IT User Skills for staff or volunteers making use of
IT in their daily roles or wishing to develop IT skills
We offer a no cost, no obligation, Organisational Needs
Analysis and develop tailored solutions designed to support
achievement of your immediate and long term business
objectives
All programmes present the opportunity to work towards a
nationally recognised qualification accredited by City &
Guilds, The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and
other leading awarding bodies.
We offer a series of workshops within our funded programmes,
covering topics such as project management and change
management. Additional workshops are available to purchase
at minimal cost and can even be delivered on your own
premises – covering areas such as fundraising, management,
finance, law, human resources, marketing and communications.
CeeMac also offers a range of more general training
provision, including Health & Social Care, Customer
Services, Information Technology User and Hospitality
